In February 2022, AEB, CECA and Unacc agreed on a ten-step plan of measures to improve customised service for the elderly and people with disabilities, which has benefited more than 6.3 million people over 65 years of age and meant, among other things, that 81% of branches have extended opening hours, the adaptation of more than 80% of ATMs and the handling of 2.4 million calls on a preferential basis.
The following leaflet details the commitments undertaken by the banking sector to improve the service provided to people over the age of 65 and signed by the three banking associations, AEB, CECA and Unacc.
