In this frame, the banking associations have been able to demonstrate the improvement in the financial inclusion, thanks to the measured start-ups for the sector.
AEB, CECA and Unacc have presented results of the ‘Report on the financial inclusion in Spain 2024’, of the Valencian Researches Institute Economics (IVIE), where it is concluded that 99.3% of the Spanish town has access to banking services. From the starting up of the Road map's measures, a point of attention in person has been given to 322,049 people and to 889 municipalities.
In the meeting with the Ministry of the Economy, the banking associations have also emphasised the permanent monitoring of the advances, as well as the processes of listens active with regard to financial inclusion. AEB, CECA and Unacc have presented the results of a survey, elaborated by Inmark, that reveals that 74% of people over 65 know the decalogue of measures to improve the customised attention.
