Edufinet, under the slogan "Financial education in a context of the transition towards sustainability", is holding its 6th Financial Education Congress in Malaga from 15 to 17 November.

The first day of the congress will feature Mónica Malo, Director of Communications, External Relations and Sustainability at CECA. Monica will take part in the first scheduled colloquium, moderated by Angela Callejón from the University of Malaga, which will focus on the reasons why poor financial decisions continue to be made when the general level of knowledge has increased. She will be accompanied by Francisca García, from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Open University) and the University of Málaga, and Luis Viceira, from Harvard University.

Antonio Romero, our Corporate Director of Association Services and Resources, will lead the ninth session on Thursday 16 November, where he will discuss the impact of banking laws on social and political developments in Spain.

The event will be hybrid, with those who are unable to attend in person having the opportunity to follow the event on-line.
