12 young will compete so that its generation can have a more important role in the banking thanks to the financial education and the innovation.

The event will be held in person on 11 March at 5 p.m. at the 'Casa del Lector' of Madrid, thanks to the collaboration of AEB and CECA with the talent ecosystem Trivu, and the support of Thinking Heads.

The experience will be broadcast via streaming on the Hucha Challenge website, so that hundreds of young people can participate online: https://huchachallenge.com/live/

The event will be hosted by Uri Sabat, radio and television presenter, who will introduce the challenges and invigorate the experience.

At a time when new generations face the enormous challenge of entering the labour market in a context of crisis and uncertainty, their perception of their finances and how to manage them has changed.

For this reason, the Spanish Banking Association (AEB) and CECA, together with Trivu, and in collaboration with Thinking Heads, have joined forces to develop HUCHA Challenge, a live competition for young people to design the banking of the future while overcoming challenges of all kinds in a format similar to the television style of entertainment programmes. 12 young that they have already been selected will be organised in 3 teams that will be given appointment on 11 March 2021 at 17h in The House of the Reader (Slaughterhouse – Madrid). Participants are not necessarily banking experts but have a clear interest in developing knowledge of the financial sector and personal finance.

In addition to the competing teams, all other interested parties will have the possibility to attend as an online or on-site audience and actively participate in some challenges, under strict compliance with the prevailing sanitary measures to ensure the safest conditions. The attendees can register on the website of the responsibility competition www.huchachallenge.com and for those which decide see it from its houses, the experience will be broadcasted in streaming in the link https://huchachallenge.com/live/.

This ground-breaking new format will generate social impact and allow young people to play a leading role in building the banking of the future thanks to financial education and innovation. In this respect, HUCHA Challenge will feature a dynamic agenda of activities: a team presentation followed by blocks of content that will be divided between games and digital challenges; a round table to address myths, advice and the impact of the sector on society; and a series of live questions to attendees
via an interactive platform so that the public can also participate.

The awards ceremony will bring the event to a close: the winning team will receive a training grant worth €500; the runner-up will receive one year's free access to a premium subscription to the Crehana online education platform and the third place team will take home a set of digital gadgets.
