The Platform for the Elderly and Pensioners and CECA meet to discuss a battery of measures designed to ensure "personal, humane and effective" service for the elderly and people with disabilities in financial institutions.

The PMP outlines a series of demands to remove barriers in the service and attention provided to people with less digital skills, presenting measures to increase the digital capabilities of the elderly.

For its part, CECA has offered its support through the development of financial and technological initiatives to facilitate access to banking services for these less digitalised groups.
