Alberto Aza, CECA's spokesman, has participated in the II Financial Meeting of The Debate celebrated on Tuesday 24 September.
The financialinclusion, that pursues help to understand and use better with the personal finances who have more difficulties (group of great and town of the Spain emptied, among others), exists in our country to a very high level, and still moves forward. Thus they have stated it in the round table on the matter that it has taken place in the II Financial Meeting of The Debate, and in which have participated Lola Allepuz, commercial person in charge of MicroBank; Alberto Aza, CECA'S spokesman (savings banks and bank Association), and José Luis Martínez, spokesman of the Spanish Banking Association (AEB). The table has been moderate by Susana Burgos, collaborating with The Debate.
Alberto Aza, has talked on the existence of the Observatory of Financial Inclusion, created in 2022. On him, leaves updating the advance of the plan of clash put in motion that pursues that 100% of the town is looked after with regard to inclusion. The plan of clash still improves, although it already started from high rates. In addition, Aza has put emphasis in the inclusion of the older people and of the rural areas. «The objective is achieve the financial inclusion total. There will be towns that they never had a point of attention that it are going to have, and the training in financial matter, also of digitisation, is also key».
Specifically, in line with the inclusion of small towns, Aza has ensured: «Has been achieved attend at 72% of which do not have access to the cash or to a branch. Nos bring closer fast to 100%».
