The CNMV has prepared a guide on scams and frauds with indications for investors who have fallen victim to such schemes and recommendations on how to avoid them.
It includes advice on different types of social media fraud, such as those related to cryptoassets or Ponzi schemes, among others, and the steps to follow to avoid "financial rackets" or pirate banks.
