The Fundación Carolina, which CECA is as an institutional patron saint , has opened its application for grants for the course 2026-2027, with an offer of 736 scholarships for graduates , PhD, professorship and of institutional studies for students of Latin America. The call addition a total of 203 academic programmes, that support the training of developers and defenders of human rights in Latin America and they are linked to the Agenda of Development 2030.
The intention of this new call for the Fundación Carolina “Grant of the Spanish” Cooperation is generate impact and social value in the environment of the people payees, at the same time that respond to current challenges of the “triple transition” (digital, ecological and social), and strengthen the commitment of the Spanish cooperation with the training of people, the equality of gender and the social equity. Special mention deserves the fellowship program directed to people human rights defenders, put in motion in the year 2025 in collaboration with the AECID.
