CECA, as an institutional patron of Fundación Carolina, announced that it has opened its call for grants for the 2025-2026 academic year, with a range of 735 postgraduate, doctorate, faculty and institutional studies scholarships for students in Latin America. The call for applications amounts to 198 academic programmes, which support the training of human rights defenders and promoters in Latin America and are linked to the 2030 Development Agenda.
The purpose of this new call by Fundación Carolina “SDG Scholarships that change lives” is to generate impact and social value in the environment of the beneficiaries, while responding to the current challenges of the “triple transition” (digital, environmental and social), and reinforce the commitment of Spanish cooperation with people's training, gender equality and social equality.
