On 29 January, the ninth edition of the Spanish Financial System Guide. The publication, which celebrates thirty years since its first release in 1994 and five years since the last edition, has become a reference work over the decades for professionals and academics in the economic and financial field. Its main objective remains the same: to disseminate knowledge and offer an integrated understanding of the operation of the Spanish financial system.
During the meeting, our CEO, José María Méndez, accompanied by other key figures in the sector such as Ángel Berges, Vice President of Afi and author of the Spanish Financial System Guide, Daniel Manzano, Afi partner and director of the work, Soledad Núñez, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Spain, and Alejandra Kindelán, President of the Spanish Banking Association, who shared their vision and reflections on the new challenges facing the financial industry.
