The Foundation's buildings (Colegio Mayor Universitario San José, in Cáceres, and Centro de Educación Ambiental El Salugral, in Hervás) have been allocated to regional authorities for whatever they deem necessary during this period and in the subsequent “de-escalation phase”.

Each person may purchase a maximum of one voucher of each type and spend them at businesses. There will be 10,000 vouchers of 40 euros and 5,000 vouchers of 20 euros, with 10 euros and 5 euros subsidised respectively. A total of 125,000 euros has been allocated to this initiative.
Fundación Vital and Kutxabank have created a special line of pre-approved loans for self-employed workers affected by the COVID-19 crisis — a special credit line with 200,000 euros.
