Call for Scholarships from the Fundación Carolina 2025-2026

From CECA, as an institutional patron of the Fundación Carolina, we announce the opening of their scholarship application process for the 2025-2026 academic year, offering a total of 735 scholarships for postgraduate, doctoral, teaching, and institutional studies for students from Latin America. The call encompasses a total of 198 academic programs that support the training of promoters and defenders of human rights in Latin America and are linked to the 2030 Development Agenda.

The purpose of this new call from the Fundación Carolina, “SDG Scholarships that change lives,” is to generate impact and social value in the environment of the beneficiaries while responding to current challenges of the “triple transition” (digital, ecological, and social), and reinforcing the commitment of Spanish cooperation to the training of individuals, gender equality, and social equity.
