Your attention, our priority. Commitments to improve care for people over 65 years old

In February 2022, AEB, CECA, and Unacc agreed on a set of ten measures to enhance personalized care for elderly individuals and people with disabilities. This initiative has benefited over 6.3 million individuals over 65 years old and resulted in, among other things, 81% of branches having extended service hours, over 80% of ATMs being adapted, and the handling of 2.4 million calls on a priority basis.

The following brochure details the commitments made by the banking sector to improve care for people over 65 years old and subscribed to by the three banking associations, AEB, CECA, and Unacc.
