Users and Banks Evaluate the Code of Good Practices

The banking association and user associations are reviewing the level of compliance with the code of good practices that the entities initiated last year. Joaquín Maudos, Professor of Economic Analysis at the University of Valencia, responsible for monitoring the progress achieved, reveals that the project “is progressing adequately” with data: of the nearly 211,000 people in financial exclusion at the time of implementing this program, 70,000 have returned to find a nearby point of reference to complete their transactions.
