IV Congress of Financial Education Edufinet

“Financial education for a time of paradigm shifts” will be the title of the IV Congress of Financial Education that the Edufinet project will celebrate on November 17, 18, and 19. This time, the format will be hybrid; in-person, subject to the health restrictions in place at the time of the event, and online, as it will be broadcast live on Edufinet’s YouTube channel. More than 20 experts, including representatives from the Banco de España, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), CECA, the Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros and its Foundation, Analistas Económicos de Andalucía, from universities such as those of Málaga, Valencia, Complutense de Madrid, Buckingham, and from law firms, consulting firms, and other financial institutions, will analyze the role of financial education in this era of paradigm shifts over fourteen sessions and four discussion panels. Regarding the general objectives of the congress, it aims to serve as a meeting point among the different agents involved or interested in financial education; to analyze its current situation to identify trends and points of interest, and to share knowledge and experiences. On Wednesday, November 17, our Director of Communication-External Relations and Sustainability, Monica Malo, will participate in the meeting, taking part in the round table titled “The role of financial education: 2021-2030” alongside Fernando Tejada from Banco de España, Gloria Caballero from CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores), and Eugenio José Luque Domínguez, Dean of the University of Málaga.
