Carolina Foundation Scholarship Call 2026-2027

The Carolina Foundation, of which CECA is an institutional patron, has opened its scholarship call for the 2026-2027 academic year, with an offer of 736 scholarships for postgraduate, doctoral, teaching, and institutional studies for students from Latin America. The call includes a total of 203 academic programs that support the training of promoters and defenders of human rights in Latin America and are linked to the 2030 Development Agenda.

The purpose of this new call from the Carolina Foundation “Spanish Cooperation Scholarships” is to generate impact and social value in the environment of the beneficiaries, while responding to the current challenges of the “triple transition” (digital, ecological, and social), and strengthening the commitment of Spanish cooperation to the training of individuals, gender equality, and social equity. Special mention should be made of the scholarship program aimed at human rights defenders, launched in 2025 in collaboration with AECID.
