Assessment of the Spanish Banking Sector’s Commitment to Climate Action

The purpose of this report is to assess the actions taken by the Spanish banking sector to align with the climate objectives adopted by the sector. Among the activities carried out under the coordination of the AEB, CECA, and ICO in 2020, the effort to align the knowledge and methodologies for evaluating and managing climate risks stands out, which are analyzed in detail in this report.
