The PMP Shares with CECA Measures to Improve Banking Attention for Seniors

The Platform for Seniors and Pensioners and CECA met to discuss a series of measures aimed at achieving “personal, human, and effective” treatment for seniors and persons with disabilities in financial entities.
The PMP presented a series of demands to eliminate barriers to the treatment and attention of the less digitalized, proposing measures that enhance the digital skills of older individuals.
For its part, CECA has offered its support through the development of financial and technological initiatives that facilitate access to banking services for these less digitalized groups.
