The CNMV has developed a guide on scams and frauds, providing guidance for investors who have been victims of such schemes as well as recommendations for preventing them.

It includes advice on various types of fraud on social media—such as those related to crypto-assets or Ponzi schemes, among others—and steps to take to avoid ‘financial chiringuitos’ or pirate entities.
